Our 24-hour keyholding service ensures that appropriately trained staff will immediately respond to alarm activations at your premises and where necessary liaise with alarm engineers, the police and fire services.
We will retain your keys and all sensitive data in a maximum security, purpose built key store which is fully alarmed and constantly supervised within our keyholding service control room.
The issue and return of keys is strictly monitored in accordance with procedures defined in British Standard 1357984 and all changes to keyholding information are carefully recorded to support a full audit trail.
As soon as the Control Room is advised of an alarm activation or a police/fire brigade/ambulance service request for attendance, a member of our keyholding team is despatched immediately to your premises and on arrival will carry out thorough security checks to establish the cause of the activation.
In the event of a break-in, arrangements will be made for the "boarding up" of windows and doors where necessary after first liaising with the police and alarm engineers.
A detailed report will be left at your premises outlining the times of our attendance and the subsequent actions taken. The property will be left secure at all times and if necessary, manned guarding can be arranged to cover contingencies of a more serious nature.
In all circumstances, you will have the reassurance of knowing that any problem will be dealt with quickly and efficiently and we will never leave the property insecure.
Furthermore, should you require unplanned access for contractors, or staff forget their keys, we can attend at any time of the day or night to provide access to your property, subject always to strict security verification procedures.
